**Strategic Partnership with BTC Fund for buyback & burn** 

iBG has a strategic partnership with a BTC fund whereby the latter has allocated 65% of its net performance (after expenses and hurdle rate) to the buyback and burn strategy of iBG. The performance shall be calculated on a monthly basis, so we expect the buyback and burn frequency to be monthly.
